How long do I have to wait for my carpet to dry?
Several factors determine how quickly your carpet will dry, including room temperature, carpet pile thickness, and the level of soiling. However, our skilled team and modern equipment ensure your carpets are left as dry as possible and quickly too. Our cleaners can estimate how long your carpet will take to dry. As a general guide, drying usually takes between 3 and 10 hours.
Will cleaning cause my carpet to shrink?
Some carpets can shrink after cleaning, but we assess and identify fibers that may cause shrinkage before starting. We always take the necessary precautions to ensure your carpet remains in perfect condition.
Are you available on weekends and evenings?
Yes, we are. However, our weekend hours typically run until 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
Are the chemicals you use toxic?
Not at all. We use only eco-friendly cleaning agents, and our experienced team follows industry best practices to ensure complete safety. Our products contain 100% natural ingredients, so you don’t have to worry if you have pets, children, babies, or people with allergies they’re all safe.

How do I handle unsatisfactory work done by your team?

Will you remove all stains from my carpet?
Some stains can be permanent. While we can’t guarantee 100% removal of every stain, our highly trained team will always do their best to achieve the best possible results. Rest assured, you’ll receive the most thorough and professional cleaning available.
How often should I clean my carpet?
We recommend a thorough carpet cleaning at least once every 12 months. Regular cleaning helps maintain a healthier environment for you and your family.
How long does carpet cleaning take?
Cleaning one room usually takes around 20–40 minutes, depending on the amount of furniture that needs to be moved.
Do you move furniture?
Yes, we move items like chairs, tables, and sofas. However, we do not move fragile items such as plasma TVs, pianos, or lamps.
Apart from carpet cleaning, what other services do you offer?
We also provide rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, mattress cleaning, tile cleaning, flood restoration, carpet odour removal, and pet urine treatment.
After cleaning, can I walk on the carpet?
Yes, you can. However, wear house shoes or socks, as hard floors can become slippery after cleaning. Moving from a damp carpet to a tiled floor may cause you to slip. Also, any dirt on your feet or shoes can transfer onto the carpet while it’s still wet.
Must I be there during the cleaning process?
No, you don’t need to be present. However, we do require at least one adult to be available to welcome our team and handle the necessary paperwork.
