How long do I have to wait for my carpet to dry?
A lot of parameters will determine how quickly your carpets will dry. The temperature in your room, the volume of pile and the amount of soiling within your carpet are contributing factors. However, we have a skilled team and modern equipment that would leave your carpets as dry as possible, and quickly too. Our cleaners are able to estimate how long it would your carpet will take to dry. As broad guide it can take anywhere between 3 and 10 hours for the carpet to dry.
Will cleaning cause my carpet to shrink?
Some carpets shrink after cleaning. We are able to assess and detect fibres within the carpet that can cause this before commencing cleaning. We will take precautionary measures to ensure that your carpet does not shrink.
Are you available weekends and evenings?
Yes, we are. However, we usually work up to 5pm Saturdays and Sundays.
Are the chemicals you use toxic?
In a word, no. We use only eco-friendly chemicals, and our skilled and experienced team will always adopt methods and procedures that are in line with international best practice within the cleaning industry. Our cleaning agents contain 100% natural ingredients. So don’t worry if you have pets, children, babies, and people who are allergic – they are all safe.
What are your payment options?

How do I handle unsatisfactory work done by your team?
This rarely happens. We work hard to make sure all our customers are pleased and satisfied with the services we offer. However, if you are still not satisfied, feel free to contact our main office on 8311 0608. We will gladly do a re-clean.
Will you remove all stains from my carpet?
Some stains are permanent. We are unable to guarantee 100% that such stains will be removed after our well-trained team members have assessed it. Rest assured you will receive the most thorough and professional cleaning available, anywhere.
How often should I clean my carpet?
Your carpet should be thoroughly cleaned at least once every 12 months. Nevertheless, we recommend having your carpet cleaned regularly to maintain the health of your family.
How long does carpet cleaning take?
It takes roughly 20-40 minutes to get one room thoroughly cleaned, if you don’t have lots of furniture that may require moving.
Do you move furniture?
We will move furniture like chairs, tables, sofas, and the like. We do not move fragile items like plasma TVs, pianos and lamps.
Apart from carpet cleaning, what other services do you offer?
We are professional carpet cleaners and can handle such services as rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, mattress cleaning, tile cleaning, as well as flood restoration, carpet odour and pet urine treatment.
After cleaning, can I walk on the carpet?
Yes, you can. But be sure to wear house shoes or a pair of socks because most hard floors become slippery after cleaning. Moving from a damp carpet to a tile can cause you to slip. Also any dirt on the soles of your feet/shoes will transfer onto the carpet when it wet.
Must I be there during the cleaning process?
No, you don’t need to be there. Nonetheless, we will need at least an adult to be on hand to receive us and do the necessary paper work.
